About the Role
A Junior TA Consultant at TAM Solutions is a highly motivated and proactive professional responsible for identifying top talent across various industries. They will work closely with the Talent Acquisition team to build a pipeline of candidates and assist with sourcing strategies. π Key Responsibilities:
π Develop and Implement Sourcing Strategies: Create innovative strategies for sourcing top talent to meet business needs.
π Candidate Sourcing: Utilize job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals to proactively source and engage candidates.
π€ Collaboration with Talent Consultants: Work closely with Talent Consultants to understand role requirements and sourcing strategies.

Interview Coordination: Assist with scheduling and coordinating interviews between candidates and Talent Consultants.
Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in sourcing, preferably in IT or technical roles. π»
- Strong ability to source and attract top talent in competitive markets. π
- Excellent communication and organizational skills. π
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. β‘
